MDR 2024
Mapa De Ruido is an Audio-Visual festival started in 2023 that hosts an international community of artists focused on DIY (Do It yourself) and DIWO (Do It with Others) Electronics, Noise, Sound Art and other creative forms of experimental communication. This year we will have workshops on Creative Electronics, Corporal expression, Live performances, Seminars, Installations and Documentary screenings on experimental music, art and its history, all in collaboration with Es Local, Espacio Pulpo and the UIB.
The Experience
- One week of activities dispersed through a few locations in Palma involving:
- Workshops around DIY electronics and creative processes.
- Presentations of works from Artists.
- Screening of Documentaries relating to experimental music.
- Live performances.
- Exhibition of A/V installations.
- Seminar on the topic of Identity and Sound hosted by UIB.
